Update January & June 2023: A reader has identified the actress who plays 'Elizabeth Jenkins' as 'Penny Lloyd-Fox'.
She appeared in 3 movies for Ben Dover and was a model for photostories
in issues 71 and 72 (the last two issues) of Roue magazine. A
screencap of one picture of Penny Lloyd-Fox from Roue 72 is shown below
(on the right) for comparison with a screen cap from 'College Classics
2' on the left.

I’ve just started reading Niki Flynn’s autobiography “Dances
with Werewolves” and I’m really enjoying it so far. Since the RGE/Lupus website has reopened for
a month, I decided that I would watch the movies she writes about in her book. The first one she mentions is “College
Classics 2” which I had heard about but I had never seen.
“College Classics 2” was filmed on a British Territorial Army base by Tallion Video in 1986 (see tweet pasted at bottom). My copy is a download from the ‘Total
Spanking’ website and I’m not sure it is a complete copy. At a minimum, the original credits have been
removed I don’t know the screen names of any of the performers (although I wish
I did). The movie consists of two
segments; the first is 25 minutes long and the second is 28 minutes. Ms Flynn talks about the first segment of this
movie early in her book and I can understand why it stands out in her
memory. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the
second segment nearly as much as the first.
In the first segment, a woman, Elizabeth Jenkins, returns
her old school to talk to the Headmaster about her younger sister who is about
to be expelled. The Headmaster tells Ms
Jenkins that school policies have changed since she graduated and he now has no
alternative but expulsion. They begin to
reminisce about punishments in Ms Jenkins’ day. Eventually, Ms Jenkins proposes
that the Headmaster punish her in her sister’s place and she will take
responsibility for disciplining her sister.
The Headmaster leaves the room for a moment and Ms Jenkins changes into
her old school uniform. When he returns, he begins the punishment by
having her bend over the desk for a hand spanking. Next, she has to bend over a chair and her
punishment continues with a leather strap.
Afterward this, he has her standing facing the wall, and two canes
leaning against the wall, while he smokes his pipe. When
he is finished he calls her over to his desk and has her stand with her hands
touching her toes. He lifts her skirt
and lowers her panties and then begins her caning. The caning is 12 strokes and he has her count
them but the ninth stroke is missing in my copy of the movie. After a particularly hard twelfth strokes she
jumps up and calls him a bastard so he grabs her and bends her over the desk
again. But nothing happens so I wonder
if another scene may have been cut out of my copy at this point. The segment ends with Ms Jenkins promising to
pass the punishment along to her sister then she leaves the school and drives
away.
I was hoping that the second segment might continue with the story of the sister but no such luck. Instead it starts with another girl being sent to
the Nurse’s Office after she injures her leg during a phys ed class. She decides to have a cigarette while she waits
for the nurse and, of course, the nurse catches her smoking. After an examination, the nurse also
concludes that the girl is faking an injury just to get out of gym class. A long list of other infractions (this eventually
becomes rather tiresome) follow and they all call for punishment. The
nurse begins the punishment with an OTK hand spanking which is followed by the tawse, a leather strap
and, of course, the cane.
The technical quality in both segments is acceptable (and it
was probably quite good in its day). The
performances are adequate if a little wooden and the story lines are simplistic
although the first is at least one that I haven’t seen too often even if it is
a little ‘far-fetched’. I also suspect
that the version I downloaded from “Total Spanking” may be missing a couple of
scenes. Despite all this, I did like the
first segment and it is one that I will definitely watch again.
The version I watched was missing the original credits and I
haven’t been able to find the screen name of the actress (pictured) who plays Elizabeth
Jenkins in the first segment. I would
like to know if she ever made any other movies - although a couple of her reactions
make me suspect this may have been her first, and possibly only movie. Please leave a comment if you can provide any information.
