I thought I should wrap up my series of reviews of RGE/Lupus
videos with a summary. I have seen 14
full RGE/Lupus videos along with clips of probably as many others. Of the full videos I’ve watched, my favorites were:
- Wild Party 2 (particularly for the caning of the first student)
- The Master Executioner (particularly for the scenes in the strappado)
Honorable Mention goes to:
- The Family Silver (particularly for the final caning)
- The Deep Impact (for an original concept)
Those in the middle of the pack were (all had a few good
scenes but, overall, they could have been better):
- The Fairy Tale
- Wild Party 3
- The Cheap Trick
- The Warlock’s Revenge
- The Civil Settlement
- Fairy Tale: The Magic Purse
The disappointments were (there are usually one or two good
scenes but the video as a whole was disappointing):
- Tales of Sin City: The Cathouse
- The Minimalist
- The Garden Party
And the two that I really didn’t like were:
- Stalin 2
- The Red Reformatory: The Teddy Bear
