"Dorset Cottage' is produced by Roue and I understand that is is available from www.roue.com as part of the Roue Classics series but I have not been able to order a copy through the website as yet due to technical problems.
Roue produced spanking videos through the late 1970s and
early 1980s until new legal requirements on the certification of films released
on video in the UK put an end to this side of the business in 1984. Many of the
films realistically depicted school or domestic corporal punishment and some of
which came to be regarded as classics. Alan
Bell frequently directed these films and many of them where distributed in the
US by CalStar.
“Dorset Cottage” is one of those classic Roue films. I had heard of it but I had never seen
it until a friend recently loaned me a VHS copy that is starting to show its
age. It is a short film, just over 17
minutes long and set an English cottage owned by a country gentleman named Mr.
Ford. It consists of three separate
stories involving Mr. Ford and his border named Susie.
The first of the three scenes is a tried-and-true tale;
Susie is behind on her rent and Mr. Ford resorts to extracting payment from her
behind. . Susie’s bare bottom is soon
laid out across Mr. Ford’s lap on the daybed and he gives her a moderate but
very erotic hand spanking after which he sends her to take a bath.
Sometime later, Susie makes her way downstairs to the study
where Mr. Ford is reading the paper wearing only her pajama tops. He teases her on finances and she agrees to
take a spanking for new pairs of shoes. Mr.
Ford spanks her standing up with her pajama top raised. Next, she agrees to take another spanking in
return for money for a new pair of jeans. This spanking starts with her leaning
against the fireplace mantle and it continues with her kneeling on a chair.
Finally, Susie has been caught stealing money from Mr.
Ford’s wallet. He leads her to a room and
tells her “It’s in the top drawer. I
want your wicked little bottom ready in two minutes. Across the table!”. She retrieves a cloth’s brush from the drawer
and waits bent over the table with her skirt up and knickers down. He returns and administers a dozen swats with
the brush on her backside which are accompanied by some very nice face shots.
I loved this movie and I wanted more. Dorset Cottage isn’t as nearly as severe as many
more recent films but it manages to be erotic instead and I prefer that. I hoping to find more of the Roue classics,
which I told include “Half-Term Punishments”, “Four O’Clock Report” and “Big
Girls Do Cry” along with ‘Room 2D’ which
I have already reviewed. I would
also like to find a better copy of “Dorset Cottage”.
