Two Nu-West Movies from Debra's Riding Academy

Three Barn Whippings from Nu-West

All three of these movies are available from the Nu-West/Leda website at http://nu-westleda.com.

‘Barn Whippings’ (FCV-105), ‘More Barn Whippings’ (FCV-107) and ‘Naked Barn Whippings’ (FCV-114) are three Nu-West/Leda videos that share a common setting and concept.  There is no date on ‘Barn Whippings’ but the date on ‘More Barn Whipping’ is 2006 and the date on ‘Naked Barn Whippings’ is 2009.  They are so similar that you might suspect that they were filmed at the same time but Ed does look slightly older in the last of the three. 

Barn Whippings (FCV-105)

‘Barn Whippings’ is 44 minutes long and it consists of two parts.  The first part opens with Ed Lee walking up to a stable where two women, one blonde and the other dark-haired, are tied arms-over-head in the central aisle.  I didn’t recognize either from any other movies I have seen.  There is no setup, Ed just starts whipping the blonde and, after about a dozen lashes, he moves on to the brunette.  He continues alternating between the two for almost 20 minutes in a scene that I didn’t find terribly interesting.

The second part of the movie is better.  It opens with Debra telling two women, both blondes but one with lighter hair and the other with dark highlights, that Ed is terribly angry for some unspecified reason.  Ed comes in and tells Debra they are to be whipped and she takes them into the office.  We watch them undressing through the office door, which is a nice touch but I might have preferred a clear view, and then she leads them back into the barn, handcuffs her hands together and fastens them to two stall doors. 

 

Ed then whips the two in turns.  I haven’t attempt to confirm that count but the numbers seem plausible and the final scene of the two women back in the office after the end of the whipping also supports the counts.  One film review site I follow (spankingfilmreview.com) reported “we counted an incredible 125 strokes for the dark blonde and about 115 for the light blonde, the latter including a final rapid 43 uninterrupted.”  The movie ends with the two women back in the office where Debra is tending to their backs.  The first half of this film is disappointing but the second half has quickly become one of my favorites. 

More Barn Whippings (FCV-107)

‘More Barn Whippings’ is 21 minutes long and it also consists of two parts.  Both parts consist of Ed whipping a single woman who is tied arms-over-head either to a stall door or in the middle of the aisle.  The most unusual aspect of this movie is that the second woman is black which is quite rare in a Nu-West movie.  

‘More Barn Whippings’ is standard Nu-West fare and while the technical quality is good I didn’t find anything of much interest in either half of this movie.  I watched it again prior to writing this and I think that is only the second time I have ever looked at it.

Naked Barn Whippings (FCV-114)

‘Naked Barn Whippings’ is just over 20 minutes long but there is only one part.  It is very similar to the second half of ‘Barn Whippings’ except that there are three women instead of two. 

There is virtually no setup; the movie just opens with three women standing in the stable office and being told ‘you know why you’re here, now get undressed’.  They do and we get to watch although there are problems with the small size of the space and the bright light from the office window; some of these problems are easily avoided but they occur over and over again in Nu-West movies which always annoys me.  

The three are lead out into the stable and tied arms-over head to the stall doors.  A blonde called Brandy is on the right; brunette who is never addressed by name is in the middle and Michelle, a Nu-West regular, is on the left.  Ed arrives with his whip and walks along the row speaking to each in turn.  He mentions that he remembers whipping Brandy (I don’t know the name but the face is familiar, I think she may be in a long scene that is included in two of the hairbrush compilations; NWV-374 and NWV-420).  The whippings begin, slowly at first but the pace increases as the movie progresses.  I didn’t even try to count the lashes since there were simply too many.   

There are some nice face shots but the camera isn’t always in the best position and there is wind noise in the early part of the whipping sequence.  These are recurring problems in Nu-West movies.  There is no real ending, Ed just walks out and there is a brief final shot of Debra starting to release the blonde and then fade to black.  I would have liked a little more, as there was in the first ‘Barn Whippings’ but no such luck.

Overall, I like the first and third of the ‘Barn Whipping’ movies but the second was a disappointment. I saw ‘Naked Bard Whippings’ before I saw ever of its two predecessors and it remains my favorite of the three but the second half of the first movie is every bit as good.
