Report to Miss Parker

 

“Report to Miss Parker” was the fifth Red Stripe movie.  It was released in 1996 and it was eventually given Red Stripe catalogue number RS-115.  The movie is 29 minutes long.  The movie was released under the same name in the US by OHHTEEKAY.  This movie is currently available as a ‘Red Stripe Original’ at www.roue.com and from CALSTAR Direct websites like www.hotmovies.com.

The movie features three characters: schoolgirls Perkins and Thomas and their teacher Miss Parker.  Perkins is played by Yvonne (aka Tina Jones) but I haven’t been able to identify the actress playing Thomas.  This is the first Red Stripe movie to feature Miss Parker as a teacher at St. Stripes School for Girls.  The character would go on to appear in a total of eight Red Stripe movies and Miss Parker is played by the same actress in all eight movies but I have never been able to identify her.   Ivor Gold does not appear in the movie but he does direct.

The movie opens with Perkins and Thomas finding that they have been placed on report and order to appear before the Duty Teacher, Miss Parker.  They wait until Miss Parker arrives.  She immediately sees that Perkins isn’t wearing the regulation uniform and they have appeared before her recently so she is determined that they will learn their lesson this time.  In almost no time, Perkins is over her knee and her spanking begins.  Forty to fifty slaps follow before Miss Parker has her stand so she can pull down her panties then Perkins is back over her knee for another seventy-or-so slaps.  Thomas is next and she receives the same.  The hand spankings end just before the 10-minute mark of the movie.

Miss Parker spends a little time admiring her work and then its on to the tawse.  Perkins is first.  She bends over the desk and Miss Parker administers 20 with the tawse and then it’s the same for Thomas although she receives a few extra strokes.  The tawse takes less than 5 minutes for both girls.

Now its time for the cane.  This time Thomas is first.  She bends over the desk and receives 18 hard strokes in groups of six with an additional four added at the end.  Miss Parker makes Perkins wait for before her caning begins but eventually, she is called over to the desk.  She starts to argue and she receives another hand spanking for her trouble then she too bends over the desk.   Perknis is also to receive eighteen strokes but extra strokes bring her total to 25.  Afterward, Miss Parker takes the time to admire her work once again before dismissing the girls.

This movie is all business, which keeps it from running too long, but it is a little dry and it lacks the ‘teasing’ which I find is usually necessary to make a movie truly entertaining.  The technical work is decent but the picture quality has deteriorated due to demagnetization of the videotapes before they were digitized.  The movie is certainly worth seeing but it’s not one that I am ever likely to want to watch again.
